Problem
The design felt outdated and no longer reflected modern brand identity. The previous websites were overwhelming and lacked logical navigation, with users able to click anywhere from any page, leading to confusion.
Process
Research & Analysis
Conducted a deep dive into the existing websites, identifying pain points in the information architecture.
Analyzed Google Analytics data provided by the team to understand user behavior and traffic patterns.
Consulted stakeholders to balance user needs with dealer requirements.
Information architecture
Simplified the structure by determining which pages to keep and which to remove.
Organized the content to create clear, logical user flows, making navigation intuitive.
Design approach
Worked within the Unity Design System (typography, colors, and styles) to maintain consistency across Porsche Holding’s digital presence.
Designed reusable components to ensure efficiency across multiple pages.
Wireframes & high-fidelity
Created low-fidelity wireframes to explore ideas and iterate quickly.
Developed high-fidelity designs for both web and mobile, ensuring responsiveness and usability.
Selected screens
As the websites are not live yet and due to confidentiality agreements, I can only share a selection of screens from this project

Redesign: E-commerce
As a UX Design intern at Porsche Holding, I led the redesign of the Volkswagen e-commerce platform. This project aimed to modernize the outdated e-shop, streamline its structure, and integrate the Zubehörkonfigurator (accessory configurator) into the shopping experience.
